For customers building around standard PC-based platforms, Aspex has developed a range of standard plug-in cards around the Linedancer processor family. Accelera boards provide a fast time-to-market solution for acceleration of complex image and signal-processing tasks.
Accelera 3000 platforms
The Accelera 3000 product family are fully productised platforms for Aspex’s Linedancer family of Extreme Processors, targeted at accelerating PC-based image processing tasks.
With more than 16,000 Processing Elements working in parallel, Accelera allows software vendors to quickly bring higher performance, higher value products to market.
- 4 Linedancer processors, with a total of 16,384 ASProCore processing elements
- Up to 2GB of high speed DDR DRAM
- PCI bridge with integrated 4-channel DMA engine
- 600 MHz XScale processor
- Full length 64-bit PCI-X card or 4 lane PCI-Express Card
- Windows XP, Linux and Mac OS X driver support
