Aspex develops three types of products built around our patented ASProCore architecture:
-
Linedancer Extreme Processors
-
Accelera board-level product
-
ASProCore licensable Intellectual Property
These products are supported by a suite of PC development tools, and a wide range of libraries & reference code.
Additional support and professional Design Services are available from Aspex and our partner network to help you quickly bring a product to market.
Linedancer Extreme Processors Our Linedancer Extreme Processor chips integrate thousands of small processing elements onto a single system-on-chip to provide blistering performance for image processing, wireless infrastructure, and pattern matching applications.
Fully software-programmable, Linedancer processors enable product manufacturers to take advantage of reduced cost, faster time-to-market, and lower risk.
Multiple Linedancer chips can be connected together to provide truly scalable performance, with no software re-engineering, and a linear price:performance curve.
Our 6th generation Linedancer chip is currently in production, and our 7th generation Linedancer HD device will be sampling in 2007.
Accelera board-level solutions For customers using standard PC-based platforms, our Accelera plug-in boards provide fast time-to-market, with no hardware development cycle, allowing you to launch products within weeks, rather than months or years.
Featuring up to four Linedancer Extreme Processors, Accelera board-level products can dramatically improve the performance of PC-based applications. Accelera boards are supported by a wide range of libraries and reference code.
ASProCore licensable IP Aspex’s patented ASProCore “Smart Memory” fabric is available as a licensable IP core for OEMs and semiconductor vendors wishing to develop chips for specific applications, such as high volume consumer products.
Packing hundreds of processing elements into each square millimeter of silicon, ASProCore makes light work of complex image and signal processing tasks. ASProCore acts as a software-programmable co-processor to any standard RISC CPU core.
Aspex offer services for technology transfer and will provide extensive support.
