from Motorway M40

Exit M40 at junction 4, signed High Wycombe.
Exit the large roundabout (Handy Cross Roundabout) on the A404 towards High Wycombe.
At traffic lights continue straight ahead and proceed down Marlow Hill. Continue straight on at the next roundabout. You need to be in the left hand lane at the bottom of the hill.
At the bottom of the hill there is a cluster of mini-roundabouts. Follow the sign for the High Wycombe Swan Theatre Car Park (second exit on first and second roundabout). [map]
Come out of the car park and take the first street right towards High Wycombe High Street (pedestrian area). Turn left onto the High Street and continue until you reach an elbow in the road.
At this point (you should be able to see the entrance to the Octagon Shopping Centre on your left), turn right, keeping the church on your right, cross over the road keeping Marks & Spencer on your right.
Follow road round bearing right into Oxford Street, cross the road (NEXT retail is behind you).
You should be able to see a shoe shop - John Hearn's (on the corner). Aspex House is on the right, just before A-Plan Insurance, just on from the bus stop next to the zebra crossing. If you get to the telephone box outside Pizza Express you have gone too far!

Aspex offices are a short walk from High Wycombe train station. High Wycombe is just 50mins from London's Marylebone Station on the Chiltern Line.

Leaving the station, head down the hill towards the town centre.
At the main traffic lights turn right into High Street and proceed through the pedestrian area until you reach an elbow in the road.
